En esta entrada muestro una serie de fotografías donde se aprecia la muda de la plumas de la cabeza en la Gaviota Reidora (chroicocephalus ridibundus).
Alguna comienzan a mudar muy pronto, ya en la segunda quincena de septiembre se ven alguna con gran parte de la caperuza mudada y en diciembre el porcentaje de individuos con la cabeza negra aumenta de forma considerable.

Some birds begin to molt
very soon, in the second half of September some bird have the head almost black
and in December the percentage of individuals with blackhead increases considerably.
